Community Patio Challenge

A 100 year old home, had been previously rented over the past 10 years. The existing patio was overgrown and uninviting. The owner wanted a patio they could enjoy for many years. Money was limited, but labor was not. The challenge was on...

I acquired all needed materials, eagerly donated through a neighborhood app. All donors names were creatively displayed as an engraved wooden name tag proudly displayed on the Sponsor Board upon entrance.

I provided the design, and supervision; the owner provided labor. Together we were able to created this one-of-a-kind patio that the owner and sponsors enjoyed.

Penthouse suite of 830 sq. ft. of living space for a retired couple. Space needed was an office for each, living/dining/bedroom, an art studio, and a full functional kitchen that included all spices, a pantry, and essential equipment.
